I would send Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | Final Response - Unenforceability (CCA Received) if it were me.

That letter from Mint is nothing to worry about. I'm sure I got one very similar from Tesco CC (another RBS card) a couple of years ago (had threat of litigation form Triton a couple of years ago too )

The copy of the application form they sent did have my signature on and the template above seems to be written for a response where no signed document has been sent, should this still be sent ?

the template Pixie suggests covers all the reasons, it's one I've used several times to get rid.

They sent through a signed application form and another page which said reverse of application with my name and address typed on it. That had loads of terms on it

Is this the same CCA that Niddy looked at and said was UE?

i would pop off the sold in dispute to keep Greens in the picture.

                        Just an observation MJ....
But the date on the letter from Greens is the 8th, you received today on the 13th, and they gave you 7 days to come to an arrangement to pay......i would have thought that gave you little or no chance bearing in mind it does not state when the 7 days started from......if it were the 8th, then it leaves you with 2 days to respond......

I got a letter from moorcroft today actually, said i had 48 hours to attach and return a payment to them.

Letter was dated 11th (friday) so how they ever expected to receive anything on a Sunday is quite a joke.

Sorry to hijack your thread mate, but if they were serious about going to court, how would a judge look at letters sent to us by solicitors that are so vague on time limits....like the one you received today?????
                                Just a thought...
