Re: MJR001 UE Diary
Originally posted by FlowerpowerSounds a bit like my RBS, also a signed application form from 99 with my details but no PTs and some random T&Cs from different times (but none from inception). Niddy deemed UE so it could well be the same in your case
Niddy doesn't need to see the statements of account, T&Cs or any letters, etc. just the purported agreement/application form.
Has now been uploaded to secure section

Originally posted by mjr001 View PostAfter waiting for ages, a big envelope finally dropped on the doorstep from these today. I will upload later today to thew secure area but basically what is in it looks like an application form, signed and dated in 1998 with my partners signature, banking and employment details at the time. There is also a page which says reverse of application, consumer credit agreement with loads of stuff on it, but is not signed and is such a bad copy I will not be able to scan it.
Then there are 5 pages of a scanned RBS Advanta terms and conditions booklet which again may be of that poor quality I may be unable to scan it.Steve

The problem is it says that at the top of the page, reverse of application form but it is hardly readable so I will do my best to scan it up for you.
