    June 15th 2012 - Letters from Triton, demanding payment and also RBS sent another CCA of really poor quality which is the same as last time
    June 25th 2012 - Letter from Triton, demanding full payment by cheque otherwise further action will be taken
    June 26th 2012 - Account in Dispute letter sent to Triton
    July 30th 2012 - Letter from Triton - Notice of legal proceedings letter received
    July 30th 2012 -
    Letter sent to Triton - Threat o gram before action template sent
    August 11th 2012 - Letter from Mint in response to threat o gram letter I sent them, saying they have fully compiled with CCA request.
    August 12th 2012 - Letter sent to Mint, Uneforcable final template sent
    August 13th 2012 - Letter from Green & Co solicitors, instructed to commence court proceedings
    August 14th 2012 - Letter sent to Green & Co - Sold in dispute
    August 17th 2012 - Letter received from Green & Co - Closing file and returning to Trition Credit Services

    received this yesterday, thanks to all for the advice I am getting, see what happens next I suppose

      Yes, just wait and see if you hear from Triton or if it's passed on to another dca (probably Newmans)

        August 18th 2012 - Letter received from Mint - do not considor account to be in dispute, our final response

        received from Mint on the 20th August. Should i respond or just leave it until something else surfaces ?

            April 16th 2012 - Letter from Moorcroft saying account in default unless I contact them to arrange payment, advised to ignore.
            May 8th 2012 - Letter from Moorcroft, notice of intended litigation in county court.
            May 8th 2012 - letter sent to Moorcroft, template for previous no CCA letter
            June 06th 2012 - Letter from Wescot demanding payment
            June 14th 2012 - Letter from Wescot - Final Notice - 10 days to reply !!
            June 15th 2012 - Letter sent to Wescot - letter prevuiously confirming no CCA, received before from Moorcroft
            August 31st 2012 - Letter from Wescott - Spreadheet type prints of name, address, job title etc

            Have just had a letter from wetclothes, A4 with a spreadsheet type printed list of my Name, address, when account opened, credit limit, employer in 1999 etc. This is in response to my letter saying no previous CCA. nothing handwritten or signed anywhere, any ideas what to respond with, or at all.

                letter from Natwest, £1 fee not enclosed (idiots, this was sent in March, and they even provided a CCA) and also a copy of my signature required, any thoughts

                                October 12th 2012 - Letter from Nelson Guest Solicitors - willing to consider options or further recovery action will be taken

                                Letter landed from Nelson Guest today, this cannot remain outstanding for any longer, unless a suitable repayment plan is made within 10 days futher recovery action will be taken.

                                Should i send these, account in dispute as no cca has been forthcoming only a spreadsheet type printout which lists personal details etc
