    Re: MJR001 UE Diary

Just a quick update, had a telephone call from Moorcroft, about my egg debt. The first thing they said was about going through security checks, to which I replied "I dont give out personal information over the telephone, you could be anyone"

They then asked if I could confirm I am the person they have phoned asking for, to which I replied yes, Then they started on about arrears and payments to them as if I had answered their security questions about address, date of birth etc, which I did not.

My question is, surely just saying I am the person they phoned asking to speak to, does not conform to going through security questions ?

Is there some sort of written reply I can send them if they are in the wrong, and have broken some sort of guide they must follow

Had a letter today from Power2contact saying that unless I phone a number regarding my Mint credit card, they will send a resoloution officer round to my door. It says that after numerous attempts to contact me they still cant get hold of me. (I have letters from them saying I am in arrears every month though)

They still have not responded to my CCA request either.

What should I send these considering they have not sent CCA paperwork, doorstep visit template ?

                Re: MJR001 UE Diary

Just an update on the Mint credit card one. After sending the doorstep letter to Power2Contact over a week ago, had some muppet turn up and knock on the door when I was out. My wife answered the door and he asked for me, she said I was out, he asked when I would be back to which she responded "who the hell are you", he then said he was representing power2contact and tried to give her a calling card.
She told him to pop it through the letter box like the postman and bugger off. To which he did. It says to contact him within 24 hours or further action will be taken. There was a mobile phone number on the card.

Is there some sort of letter I can send to these about ignoring the doorstop visit template I sent them ?

I still have had no response from RBS regarding my Mint or RBS credit cards CCA requests either.
