June 26th 2012 - Account in Dispute letter sent to Triton
July 30th 2012 - Letter from Triton - Notice of legal proceedings letter received
July 30th 2012 - Letter sent to Triton - Threat o gram before action template sent
August 11th 2012 - Letter from Mint in response to threat o gram letter I sent them, saying they have fully compiled with CCA request.
August 12th 2012 - Letter sent to Mint, Uneforcable final template sent
August 13th 2012 - Letter from Green & Co solicitors, instructed to commence court proceedings
August 14th 2012 - Letter sent to Green & Co - Sold in dispute
August 17th 2012 - Letter received from Green & Co - Closing file and returning to Trition Credit Services
August 18th 2012 - Letter received from Mint - do not considor account to be in dispute, our final response
Sep 21st 2012 - Letter from Mint, unable to agree a suitable repayment plan. Transferring to Shoosmiths, letter from the within 14 days
October 9th 2012 - Letter from Shoosmiths, if you have been unable to come to an arrangement before, we can help, will contact me within 7 days
October 11th 2012 - Letter sent to Shoosmiths - Account in Dispute
October 17th 2012 - Letter from Shoosmiths - Please send £1 fee and letter direct to RBS for copy of CCA
Letter received from Shoosmiths, please send £1 fee and letter to RBS requesting CCA, with address's at bottom of page. This was requested in March and they sent one out ?

October 25th 2012 - Letter from Shoosmiths - Client has confirmed s78 request on 16th may, and confirmed in letter August 18th. fill in expenditure sheet to offer proposals for payment
Letter received from Shoosmiths, basically saying that Mint processed my CCA request on 16th May, and a photocopy of a letter which was sent to me in August from Mint saying they have fully complied with my CCA request and to go to the Financial services Ombudsman if not happy as this was there final response.
Also sent was an income and expenditure form to fill in and return to them by October 30th with a proposal for repayment.
Any ideas what to reply to this letter with as it is a solicitors ?

just a quick check, forgive me for being dumb, there is a part of the template about the CCA not being not signed, they did send a signed document and some terms which they said were from it. Shall I just send the template anyway ?

October 26th 2012 - Letter from Apex - Notice of sum of arrears
Letter from Apex, notice of arrears, this is not a formal demand for payment, sent with arrears paperwork for OFT.
Ignore me thinks ?

October 12th 2012 - Letter sent to Nelson Guest - Account sold in dispute
November 2nd 2012 - Letter from Wescot - same as letter on August 15th, spreadsheet of my name, address, work details etc ?
says on letter from them find enclosed copy of application as requested ?. Idiots I asked them for a CCA, second time I have received this from them.
