Hmm. It's 14 days since they signed for receipt of the Previously confirming no CCA letter, yet the phone calls and texts haven't let up. Now they've sent this. Either their admin is very slow or they've just ignored my previous letter.
Wonder if it's worth sending a copy of the previous letter I sent (by normal 2nd class with proof of posting)? They mention "your account is being processed for legal action", presumably to put the willies up people and then go to prattle on about a reduced payment scheme offer ...
