Had a nice yellow and red letter from C.A.R.S today about the Monument Account with a Mailer Reply Card as a 'CCA'. Jokers.
This was their 3rd letter, I have ignored them so far, but today I am feeling playful...... so...


Your letter dated 18th October 2012.

Don’t send me such threatening crap. You are ( or should be ) aware that this matter has been through more Debt Collectors than a dose of Salmonella at the Debt Collectors Ball and now it seems to have hit the blockage in the U-bend that is you.

To this date NOBODY has provided me with a correctly worded, properly executed Agreement that fully Complies with all the relevant Sections of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. That is all I have been asking for…. Nothing more, nothing less…. And I ask for it as I don’t believe that there is such a Document and that all those involved up to this date have striven to hide this fact and attempted to use their size, resources and ( so they think ) apparently superior knowledge to harass and threaten me into giving them money.

Don’t go quoting McGuffey and Carey at me because you know (?) that that just talks about illegible copies and reconstructing a Document from such ( or thin air ) which may in itself satisfy a Section 77-79 Request but it does NOT affect the fact that what is being supplied is , in fact, not enforceable under Law when the ORIGINAL is required to show that the Agreement was AT THE TIME OF MAKING correctly worded, constructed and executed entirely within the bounds of what is required under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Also, don’t start with the Amendments of that Act, nothing has changed .

So, until you have got an Agreement along the above lines ( not just a Reply Card from a Mailshot either ) , do not contact me. I also remind you that when you have confirmed that such a Document is NOT available you are obliged to tell me such and confirm that the matter has been closed.

Just a side-note to save you sending a ‘doorstep collector’. I rent my doorstep, it is not accessible from Public Property, you would need an Easement and/or a Wayleave to do so. Any ‘visitors’ would be immediately reported for Trespass.

Hi Guys, back from Honeymoon and I am no longer a Virgin !!

Northern Ireland is bloody amazing, well the Antrim Coast is.... the rest of it may be a craphole ( bits of Portrush were a bit suss thanks to 80's Planners ) but the bits we went to were brilliant.

Got back to a letter from MKRR LLDPLPD ( are they into Double Penetration ?) which says that, after their threat that they would 'keep writing' , they will be 'unable to help' if I don't contact them. I feel valued and blessed to have such a caring friend in the world. Not sure about the DP part though

Seem to be reaching the carp right at the bottom of the barrel now....

Bcard have 'assigned' to MKDP LLP, on 17 September. Assign all you like, they haven't given anything other than a recon.... ignoring

Fred=dick=son have said that I can send Crap 1 another quid to get another copy of the mailer prepaid reply card that they sent me about 2 years ago. Ignore, until they write again, then I'll point out that I can send the quid to THEM.

Bluergh, Orrible and Shite ( who have a good CCA on AA CC ) send a 'you've been ignoring us and not paying the agreed amount of £4 a month. I phoned and pointed out that I have been, that THEY admitted they had 'systems problems' back in July. They apparently still do, he suggested that I should go to my BS and ak them for copy statements and proff of DDs etc..... I politely told him to write to me and stop wasting my time.

Arrow have bought a lemon.... the MBNA £6k debt with a letter from MBNA saying they dont have a CCA ! Arrow are contacting CCCS, who I stopped using over 2 years ago, jog on boys !

That all for now, why do these morons think that tryin the same old crap will suddenly produce results ?

Recent activity...

Allied INternational trying for Bcard with confirmed NO CCA. Have filed a Complaint, then will send them a copy of Bcards letters just to piss them about a bit.

Fred-dickhead-son are trying on Cap 1 CC for which there is only a mailer reply card signed by me givong them permission for Credit Searches. Sent appropriate Niddys , in this case a THreatoGram letter.


Apart from that, nothing to report.
