Got my THIRD letter from Barclaycard today, confirming that they haven't got a CCA...
....does this mean they really, really, really cant find one ?

Letter from Green & Co re Mint Account ( old, old,old CCA req replied to with NO PT's, new request being refused for 'no signature and they don't seem to have realised that they sent one years ago !)
Sent 'Threatogram' Letter to Tryiton at the end of March, so I have sent a F-Off and die letter to Greenies.

edit; Just realised that I had received a letter from RBS over Easter recognizing my 'unhappiness with their service' and a 'promise to investigate' so all is in limbo until 30th May anyway. Enclosed a copy of this with the letter to Greenies along with a warning that further correspondence within this period will be regarded as harrassment.

Got a letter today from Bleurggh, Orrible and Shit accepting my 'offer of £4 per month on the £2600 loan....wha'fu'? What offer ?

I did lay it on a bit thick with a 'poor me' phone call the other day as I needed to stall them as they have perfectly good CCAs for the Loan and CC totalling some £6500 ( they are the only ones I seem to have with such good paper).
I successfully stalled them, but I don't remember making an offer. Maybe I'll wait and see if they make up an offer on the CC debt too. It would be tempting to accept the offer until I 'disappear'

Aha! I have a Monument Account (allegedly !) with a £1200 ish balance.
So far all I have is a Reply Card from a Mailer together with some photcopied T&C's and PT's that they claim were 'on the back' of the Reply Card ....I dont care if they were inscribed on to a solid gold plaque!... they weren't, by their own admission, within the body of the Agreement and nor were they signed by me.
I'll give them a month and by then we'll get the same letter as Mehim got. Hasn't gone through Mercers yet, so maybe a bit longer?

FRidays post contained a Threat from Bluergh, Orrible and Shit. They have a good CCA for AA CC and Loan. Need to delay them so phoned them.....
....and the Oscar goes to Pepe! All delayed

Todays post was a Threat from Tryiton for the Mint Card. CCA provided years ago with no PT's. Mint refused to give a CCA without Signature ( and haven't realised they sent one years ago, which was the plan)in January so have sent Tryiton a bastardised version of THreat-o-Gram and No Signature Required letters.

Ridiculous letter from Mercers/Bcrap following post#95 events.

They claim that I had 'expressed a wish to review my situation before making an offer....

They are getting...

In reply to your letter of 16th March 2012…
Paragraph 1…………No I bloody well did NOT !
Paragraph 2……….You have no choice, the ‘Account’ is in Dispute.
Paragraph 3 ……….Don’t make assumptions.

You may have chosen to ignore the fact that an Unauthorised Person turned up on my Doorstep and broke so many Rules that I don’t have room to list them, including threatening and abusive behaviour, common trespass upon my Property and that of my Neighbour and using language intended to cause fear and distress……………………..I haven’t.
I await your grovelling and that of your partners in crime Resolvecall.
If I don’t get that within 14 days of the assumed delivery date of this letter ( which will be taken as 27th May 2012) I will be entering Complaint about you all to the OFT, FOS and the Ministry of Justice, Trading Standards and, possibly, the Police taking into Account the behaviour of your Agent who also claimed that he was a Bailiff but failed to offer any sort of Official Identity as he was too busy trying to intimidate me and making threats against my person. His Car Reg is T557 GJM.
You need to talk to Resolvecall and stop threatening me and putting words in my mouth.
Until then the Account, as you know, remains in Dispute under the Terms of the Consumer Credit Act.
