Just packing up the final odds and sods into the car in readiness for the off tomorrow

Sent a few eMails to kindly DCA's that have good CCA's.... not that it will give any other details other than an old eMail address.... thanking them for their kind attention. One had just been appointed TODAY to take over a £4600 balance, TOUGH!

Will still be on here from the sunshine though, well in the shade of the veranda.... sorry.

Good luck everyone, keep fighting them off. I have to say that, even without going to Portugal, I very much doubt that ANY of my £40K would ever have got to Court. Everyone just rolls over so easily if enough confusion is thrown down.

The letters on here are great for following the Process correctly. ..but it never hurts to refer to some non-existent corresondence, just keep it moving round in circles.

Seem to be reaching the carp right at the bottom of the barrel now...

Arrow have bought a lemon.... the MBNA £6k debt with a letter from MBNA saying they dont have a CCA ! Arrow are contacting CCCS, who I stopped using over 2 years ago, jog on boys !

That all for now, why do these morons think that tryin the same old crap will suddenly produce results ?



When I say carp ( line 1 ) I mean crap..... real crap !!

Arrows letter said that Wescot were the contact point....have heard nothing so sent a 'piss off befor you even start' eMail just before Xmas. They have replied with a polite conf that they are no longer dealing.... wonder why?

Cheers, trip out was great. Biscay was a millpond.

However, coming back !! We had a Stateroom at the front....lovely Cabin ( free macaroons, fruit and a fridgeful of soft drinks, Steward on call for free Tea and Coffee and Breakfast served to the Cabin. Which , all-in-all, works out cheaper than the surcharge for the posh cabin).... but maybe not the best place to be with a 30 foot swell!

Good job neither of us get seasick and great to put the sofa in front of the window and 'drive' the boat. We were on Deck 7 and the waves were breaking over and above our window! When it was dark though.... I now know what me undies feel like in the washing machine

However, all furnishing etc is now at our Quinta. BB is just changing the water on our table olives wot we picked. Roll on January.

Usual crap from BOS and Robinson Wank re AA CC and Loan ( the only ones with a kosher CCA ) so have written confusing letters for them and instigated a Complaint just to keep them off.

Letter from Bryan Carters ( from Fredericksons ) threatening on Cap `1 CC that is UE...... I know I shouldn't have.....but I couldn't help it ..... and I dialled 141...

but I phoned Freds and abused poor little Bradley who said at one point 'It's not my job .... I didn't do it personally, it's the Company.....' poor love, Happy Christmas Bradders !

( He may also have mentioned that there was no need to shout or swear )
