    Todays fan-letters..

MBNA Notice of Arrears but already admitted that they won't be able to provide a CCA.....IGNORE

AA Loan. Good CCA , I knew it was anyway. IGNORE anyway.
Interestingly, in the Terms, it mentions 'amount payable in early settlement' and gives examples at 25%, 50% and 75% of the Term. There is no mention of the Account having to be up to date and the amount Quoted for the 75% of Term setllement date is less than half of what I owe....It is now past that date, hmmmmm ( not that I intend to give them anything

    Current inbox...
Crapital One sent me another copy of the App, claiming that the Prescribed Terms were on the back and the full T&Cs were 'seperate'...cheers!

Mint. One letter 'failed to respond, blah, blah...external agents, blah, blah' and a second one returning my CCA req from 5/12 cos it wasn't signed. Now signed (ahem!God, my spellings got bad....can't even spell my name right!!)

Moorcroft. 'On hold while they investigate my dealings with their Client (T Mobile)....I agreed with them that they cannot apply a 'Penalty Notice' to an Account if what they mean is 'remainder of Contract'. Tough titty Mr Moorcroft...sent them a response which did contain the words 'bugger off' for which I am truly ashamed....

Barclaycard. CCa'd them to see if they can find it again after all these years ( it came from a different dept last time)

    Drake. Offered a 45% settlement......nope!

Replying to nowt until after I've been to spend my divorce settlement

( they would have to prove that they had sent you one previously......if they cant locate that or the CCA, then they are up the same creek of shite as if they had never sent you one )...try it....and take a good look at the Original MBNA CCA, any Prescribed Terms?

    hi Pepe2008,

I've only just received the CCA from Experto Credite after 15 months had passed from my CCA request.

Perhaps because it was an original MBNA card (were they around in the UK in 94? I didn't think so!), they've been buying CC accounts left right & centre and I don't think they have agreements for any of the A&L ones and probably many others they've bought over the years. Mine was an A&L too!

yeah it's from 1994 !!! (Niddy says enforceable) - gonna blag it for the time being and see what happens.

    An original MBNA card!

Just spent a happy hour composing Complaint letters to all those continuing to harrass me even though they haven't come up the CCA's. Did this a couple of years ago with 1st Credit and won compensation....

The following is a good guide to find out which CRA's are linked to which continent and country ---> World Credit Rating Agencies - List of Credit Rating Agencies

Just while I was fishing the other info out, thought this may be useful
