Just compiling the letter now, which shouldn't be hard as I sent the same letter to Moorcroft back in December 2012. On the latest letter from Midas they inform me that they are part of the Moorcroft Group and that they are contacting me because I have failed to reach a repayment agreement with Moorcroft. To prevent possible further action I should contact Moorcroft ( Thought I'd already done that!) Should I send the Sold in Dispute letter to Midas? (I think I know the answer to this one too )

Well, well. My NW account that I have sent a CCA request for and they have been demanding my signature for ages. Moorcroft have finally sent my CCA and I have emailed to Niddy to look at. Here's hoping

Niddy deemed the CCA received as totally illegible and advised me to send Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | CCA Query - Illegible Document Received in reply. Thanks a lot for looking, Niddy. Will send that off on Monday

My Tesco card deemed by Niddy due to missing PTs, Wescot have now picked up the baton from RobWay. Their letter with scary red print all over is another attempt to intimidate. Won't work I'm afraid guys. Seen it all before but, just so you don't say I'm ignoring you I'll pop a Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms in the post next week

Sent as instructed re. my Amex account. Moorcroft have now written back saying that I need to send £1, etc. I take it that I don't enlighten them that I've already had a CCA

That is a very common tactic for them. Why, I've no idea, as it doesn't seem to achieve anything. I'd just ignore it and wait for the next threat.

As this lot don't seem to know what is enforceable and what isn't ,or at least they don't vary their process based on this, I don't think it would do a great deal of harm if you did.

I wouldn't, though. I would just ignore, wait for the next threat, and then refer them back to the Sold in Dispute letter.

I would definitely ignore it. It is a pitiful effort after all this time. I wonder what they will come up with next?

This is my NW account, well one of them, which they passed to DLC to collect for them. I ignored their one letter and now NW have written to me stating that they have now passed the account details to Westcot. I think that I'll wait until they contact me

                          Thanks Vint, will do

NW have been busy, just received another letter off them regarding the account that they wouldn't send the CCA for without a signature. Saw why when I got it; totally illegible. Sent the appropriate template and now they have written to tell me they are passing my account to Direct Legal. Think I'll wait this one out too

This is my 100% Tesco card. Wescot have picked it up now and sent me a response to my sending the CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms - allaboutDEBT UK. They say that they have contacted their client who have advised them that the balance is correct and due for payment. Well, what else would they say

                                Westcot know better.

Just a one liner referring them to your missing terms letter. Enclose a copy.

I always like to have the last letter on file.
