Natwest Overdraft UPDATE
14/03/13 - Rec'd from Regal Credit - Please contact us to discuss, as we have not been notified of reason for non-payment we will instruct field collectors to visit.
Seeing as this is an OD, I'm not quite sure what to send them, I'll need to include a section on "don't come and colllect my door-step", but other than that I'm a bit unsure?

Re: DNW's UE Diary
There are two parts, if you've sent the first send the second. With those, as you do not have to pay £1, you can send part 1 to whatever new DCA takes the debt on - ie start afresh each time it gets sold.
Has the other matter been resolved now, with MKDP and the info?

Re: DNW's UE Diary
What an absolute result on the Barclays one!
Niddy - that letter made me chuckle; straight to the point. It's just trumped my previous favorite which has "when are you going to get in to your thick skills" bitWhen Gold isn't enough, there is SA Gold! New to the forum and find the UE route a bit scary? Take a look at my diary here and judge for yourself. I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.
I'm an official AAD Moderator and also a volunteer, here to help make the forum run smoothly. Any views or opinions are mine and not the official line of AAD. Similarly, any advice I have offered you is done so on an informal basis, without prejudice or liability. If in doubt seek advice from a qualified insured professional - Find a Solicitor or go to the National Probono Centre.

It has indeed! I received confirmation yesterday that the account has been written off and closed and no one will chase me for it in the future
Wondering now whether I could use the same trick again with my OHs account that's also being chased by MKDP
