Upload the Next one for Niddy to have a look at, to be honest I'm not sure that lloyds are allowed to do that with your £1, so I'd probably treat that as they have received the CCA request, which the have obviously, and haven't responded to it, so once the required time is past, you can consider that one in dispute until they produce a properly executed CCA, regardless of where they've put the money.

Mint are just numpties and they've obviously had your request and and your £1 and haven't complied either, I'll go and have a look at what to do with that one.

Just edit the word "signature" with "identity"

Exactly, so all that's left was Next - well all they've done is send a blank "current" application form which, being they brought the carey case into things, defeats the purpose of Carey! They cannot simply go get a current application and post it you as being yours or as a true copy - muppets!

Having enjoyed no post for a while received 3 letters this week:

Mint Loan - still insist they wont send CCA as they cant compare signatures, wont send cca unless we supply docs verifying identity (they dont say what docs could be used for this) or we pass security on a telephone call - ideas please?? Do you need this emailed Mr NDiddy?

NRAM - have sent what looks like a legitimate CCA - EMAILED NIDDY to check

NEXT - state they have sent us a "True Copy" - what do we send next to next? - Do you need this emailed Mr Nidster?
