Arrow Global informing me that they work alongside a network specialist third parties who manage there accounts on there behalf and that they have appointed sctocall to manage account. 'Notice of Account Tranfer to New Agency' - Scotcall Ltd ............. Where is that Yawn Icon

Your thread is an inspiration I have been having same sort of runaround from MBNA/Arrow for years now with the same load of DCAs that it keeps getting bounced too. I have just had my first letter off Debt Managers so going to reply similar to yours.

good luck with your UE, but please 'remember that all accounts are not always the same' when sending replies always check back from what they have sent you and if in Doubt, there is an extended section on our Forum for help - http://www.all-about-debt.co.uk/

June 2010 on accounts when i started the UE route, where i also stopped making any payments when i was made redundant where i couldn't afford my DMP and had to cancel that too around Feb 2010 (but most accounts were defaulted 2008 so i take its from last payment made to them not the default date? apart from Barclaycard not defaulted 2 accounts Duh!

Unsure which account they re referring too - can't find any correspondence that matches there reference number (last was BOS account but it does't marry up)

Yup, was going to file it, as it is too hot to write a letter

Silence is golden - don't lie mate, if they issue a claim you'd be buggered in court if you send it back returned but did live there.... best be safe so just await further correspondence

Bizzare as this been dealt with Wescot in 2011 - gone ring a roses here

as far as we are aware, that the T&C are incorrect on copies they keep on sending and also illegible to read this been confirmed by Niddy. (the letters we've been sending account sold in dispute letter, and not got as far as saying it illegible
