    4. Unsure but around 2 years ago - called my bank but they would have to send me all my statements as they can't access the info without a specific date (I use online banking and paper free documents)

    Just updated today as I have been away due to a family bereavement and only got home last night. Thanks again for all your help.

        You never sent me the letter from Bryan Carter to advise.... please email it to me.

                  Not been online since January when my PC packed up and only now managed to afford another one. All has been quiet though, just a letter in Dec/Jan saying they (Carter) have referred it back to their clients. Will let you know if anything turns up.
