  • Re: Starting out

Either ignore for now, or, as I have done in the past, write to them explaining that this is account is still in dispute as prescribed terms are missing. If you really want to resolve this matter I suggest that you proceed with court action. I do hope that you have sufficient money in your account to pay all costs when you lose. Due to; "missing prescribed terms".

Otherwise, I suggest that you pass this account back.

    Yours

Yes, according to Sosad's post, Niddy said UE on 9th May last year.

I think I would send the "creditor refusal to accept UE status-cca received" template (sorry, don't know how to copy and paste links on my tablet...really should learn!)

H'mmmmm Robbing Dogs on the case now. Without reading the whole of the thread I might be tempted to send them this:-

                          http://www.all-about-debt.co.uk/inde...cept-ue-status

This is the first option followed by this one: Final Response - UE (CCA Received) - allaboutDEBT UK if they refuse (as they will knowing Robbing Dogs. They will then pass it to their tame and toothless solicitors letter heading for rent, an outfit called Horwich-Farrelly if memory serves correctly. They might be a bit persistent this lot but they do go away when faced with resistance from here.
