Last full payment 2009.


APRIL 12TH , cancelled dmp payments and requested CCA


April 16th , received letter from Moorecroft they have requested documentation from Baeclaycard.

August 9th Received letter from barclaycard stating they will no longer accept any communication from me they have passed my
account to Allied International Credit

January 29th ; Received letter from Robinson Way asking me to contact them to discuss proposals for repayment of outstanding
balance .


January 29th. Sent "sold in dispute " letter .


20th April Received letter from Robinson way stating they are returning account to barclaycard.

May 21st: Received letters from barclaycard and mkpd. .Barclaycard notifying me that they have sold this account to mkpd and MKPD advising me that they are now the owner of the due debt.

May 31st. Received letter from MKPD stating they will review the account


July 7th: Received letter from MKDP stating they are still unable to resolve my query
and will contact me as soon as possible .


August 15th : Received another letter from MKPD apologising for delay in trying to
resolve my query .They will be in touch.

September 27th: Received letter from MKPD stating " at this time we are unable to
resolve your query ,we are currently liaising with original creditor we
will contact you as soon as we receive a response from them" .

November 4th: Received letter from MK Rapid Recoveries stating" further to our recent
communication regarding ownership of your balance we have not
received your offer of payment
(this is the first time this company has contacted me!!!). They are
offering to help me and can only do this after speaking to me.

It is the same company, but implies that it is different, so send the sold in dispute letter.

Standard procedure for this lot. MKRR Rapid recoveries, will act as if they know nothing about any previous correspondence with MKDP, they pretend to be a different debt collector, they are not. Same company just a different desk. I did answer the phone to them, I am lucky that I know, and they know, that my agreement is 100% unenforceable, eventually, once pushed, they found my complaint on the system. Then said that they would have to pass it to a different department. Wonder who will contact me next?

October15th: Received from MKDP some random statements (4months) ,
Reconstituted copies of terms and conditions, and a letter from
Barclaycard allegedly posted on the 8th July ( ,I have no record of
this)


October 21st: Sent " CCA Query - application form received" letter to MKDP



November 4th: Received letter from MK Rapid Recoveries stating" further to our recent

Barclaycard didn't respond to my CCA request , they did send papers to MKDP in October this year , which they forwarded to me.

I didn't receive the letter dated 8th July 2013 , which they have made it look like they did send it to me,on that date as they've sent a "copy" to MKDP .

I have updated my thread sorry for confusion

you are not the only one who got no letter from B'card but got it "forwarded" with big stamp "RECEIVED on" from MKDP/MKRR

In September MKDP "forwarded" me a Barclaycard letter addressed in my name and dated July 2013 signed by Collette Henderson. Never got it but in May got letter with exact same wording signed by Amy Benson (allegedly as an answer to my query - never asked them about anything since transfer of ownership to MKDP).
Obviously template as same wording but attachments are different (photocopies of random pages of terms and conditions).
"Funny" thing is they call those few pages of photocopies as recon: it must be bordering to quantum physics or parallel universes.

I have just been sent a Barclycard CCA from Cabot that I requested in DEC 2011, in it is a letter from Barcs dated Dec 2012 saying they cannot enforce[ cabot seem to think they can] so Barcs seem to have a habit of not sending letters

No I didn't send any paperwork regarding barclaycard to Niddy as I hadn't received any .do you think it would be wothwhile sending a CCA request to MKDP??

Hiya received a letter today from MK rapid recoveries (Barclaycard) stating " they are now referring this account to Keynes Collections, they may commence litigation ,they could take a charge against your property ( if you are a homeowner ) or have monies deducted from you salary (if you are employed)


I haven't sent a CCA to MKPD yet ,should I still send it ?
