Just tried to post this through BlackBerry but failed.

I am/was an SME that had a fantastic relationship for ten years or more with RBS before the game changed.

I had 15K business facility, 6.5K personal facicilty, good cash flow, a business manager and all was good/ I got those facilities over the phone by the way and on the personal one signed no CCA and on the business one they signed it but i didnt (just found the docs)

If you were one of the 28000 plus UK and Eire SME;s destroyed by the RBS/Natwest/BOI online "outage" as they called it make contact. If you were also tricked into changes of facilities, lost your business manager (3 out of my four were let go due to bad practice quietly), then make contact. RBS are under extreme pressure and being looked at quite hard at present i believe. The bodged acquisition attempt that Santander pulled out of to buy the UK retail business of RBS that got pulled.....why??? cos they looked under the bonnet probably and realised it was rubbish. I even had a new web portal as Santander and RBS before the sal was completed and failed, what is that?

I lost my final biz manager, got moved into a debt reduction scenario, did my time, got told i was discharged and back with the branch (still no business manager now) only to then be told I wasn't Aged me ten years i can tell you, my colleauge Jane will back that up..

They destroyed my credit score which prior to this was top level ( ive got letters telling me that they were "working on it"" and screen shots of every day of internet banking looking for my money. this also meant i couldnt pay my dear friend Jane (a member) or process other payments owed due to the fact they would be lost, pay myself, or school or suupliers......now couldnt get a bloomin mobile contract i dont reckon.

I would like to hear from anyone else affected by this as I am a new member to this forum, i feel empowered and protected now under the guidance of the team, and if we all joined forces we could take these down at least a bit i reckon.

Watch a program called "did the bank wreck my business", ive just watched it and yes they did, and that how i find myself where i am.its on BBC2 -Iplayer etc and watch them squirm. this is what made me stay up and post this thread.

Havent got anything to add to your scenario, however I have heard of the mess up's RBS have made with ruining businesses. Its a sad sad tale.

RBS in general I believe are absolutely clueless to anything. I myself am dealing with two of their credit cards that are unenforceable and have had no payments made for over 2 years. Yet RBS seem to believe that they can leave it from being defaulted and terminated. The minimum payment reminders I get every month now outweigh the original balance, its actually quite funny if it didn't make you cry.

I don't know whos running RBS but it seems their staff are trained by someone no less than an amoeba.

When all this is over, however it all ends. I would like to use the knowledge I gain to help others.

Hey sweetie, you know I know how badly the RBS stuff effected you - it had a pretty awful impact on me too and put you in such a terrible position with regards to our friendship Fight the one after you at the moment and take your time over this - I am sure if you find a good lawyer they would wipe the floor with RBS over what they did to you....

You have found the right place now, its lovely you want to help others, I try my best to too and its so rewarding putting a little bit back into such a fantastic place.
