EGG CC Circa 2000. Anyone have one?

I have a running dispute with Barclay's who now own this old Egg credit card from 2000.

I would like to know does anyone else have experience of this, i mean, i think i did mine over the internet but they sent forms out to sign.

Can anyone else verify this? If it was done on the net in 2000 how does this affect enforcability?

I am just curious because i have received t&c but no agreement page with signature boxes and want to know if this is due to an internet application. Pretty sure from that date i would have signed but i just cant remember!

My memory fails me after this long so am hoping someone else can fill some gaps :-)

Mine was around 2002, at that time they would have sent out an agreement to sign.
(It wasn't until Jan 2005 that online tick boxes were accepted as "signatures")

Have you sent what you got to Niddy for checking yet?

Hi Elsa,

No i havent sent to Niddy yet, i dont want to waste anyones time as it really is just copied terms without a signature page at all. I will do once they send something that relates to me though

I was just wondering if my memory was holding up as i seem to remember signing something, so although i may have applied online they probably did send the forms through to complete.

Just wanted to compare mental notes with someone who had a similar account
