  • Citibank no CCA

Just this minute received letter from Ruthbrige acting for Cabot who are acting for Citibank, following recent correspondence they want me to phone & discuss the issues raised in further detail!!!, Citibank have admitted due to the age of this CC account they do not have the CCA, Cabot stated that it does not rely on the original lender to provide information (yeah ok), I asked for CCA in April 2012, obviously it's not going to turn up.
Would it be a good idea to to send Account in Dispute letter??

No do not send that, as above - do you have the letter confirming no agreement can be found? If so copy it and respond with one of these and a copy of that letter ---> Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | CCA Query - Letter Previously Confirming No CCA

I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.
