I will try to make this as short as possible a joint loan was taken out with parasites in approx 2004 I will find out and confirm date along with it came this PPI via Zurich. Ok I tried to claim on said PPI in 2007 as my income bottomed out and got told I could not claim on it as it was only for the 1st policy holder !! I then asked for the agreement for PPI to which I was told that they didnt hold a copy as it was sold via zurich but is on the loan paperwork again :-S
I dont have any details to get the PPI details from zurich and the loan company are saying they dont hold it
so my questions are can I reclaim it, I read the guide but to be honest its been a long day and I didnt understand all of it
