Putting this in here as although I have referred to it in my UE diary its not CCA related.
I have got a load of Lloyds statements going way back and have charges on them for various things.
They are talking going to court for repayment of my overdraft (I am already repaying it but they want it ALL paid NOW not over 3 years ) so I am totting up the charges they have put on and as they are already aware of financial hardship I am going to push for them to be refunded to reduce the amount outstanding and then will perhaps be able to borrow some money for a settlement.
I assume I cannot reclaim account charges, but I also have
Overdraft usage charges (late 2001 to early 2002)
Overdraft Excess fee (mid 2002 to early 2007)
Unplanned overdraft fee (mid 2008 to this year)
I think these must be the same thing as when one stops the new name pops up, I am just not sure if they are reclaimable.
Also some returned DD/SO/cheque fees
While excel is adding them up, should I ask it to calculate interest on these at bank rate or at 8% court rate?
Thanks for looking - having a lovely Saturday morning
