has it gone?

Now i had a debt that was going to pass it's 6 years in June of this year. I've noticed it's disappeared off the Equifax credit doobery list in the last fortnight.
Can i take this as reliable that it's no longer enforcible?

Only if you never acknowledged it then yea. If it's statute barred.

The cra entry has no legal bearing on the status of an account. It's seen the 6th expiry thus auto removed as per the norm. This would occur whether the debt was paid or outstanding.
