About time lenders are brought to book for this sort of behaviour. It's so wrong how some lenders behave.

AAD has so much to offer and wants so little back. Take advantage while you can.

Will definitely be watching that one. Can Lenders issue defaults if you're making a payments as part of a payment plan?

They can, but it comes down to what type of payment arrangement you have that will decide whether they do or not.

They all have the own rules regarding this.

Some will agree a payment arrangement, which is usually for a set period and during that time, they may or may not decide to default you.

Another type of arrangement to pay, is just simply them accepting its all you can afford but not agreeing to it. In those situations, you will often be told by the lender, you must miss a few payments, so we can issue a default, after which, we will accept what you can afford.

If you are on a payment plan via the DMP, its likely they will default you yes.
