Lowell bought two debts and were very nice in placing them on my credit file to get my attention.
Well it got my attention like a supermodel wearing a bikini and walking past me in winter.
Sent them the prove it email after reading this forum.
Its been over six weeks and all they have sent is two letters stating the balance i owe? and a letter saying we will prove you owe the debts and we have asked the two companies concerned to send the proof then that will knock that smug look off your face.
Well how long do they need? because its nearly
seven weeks since first writing the letter.
I sent a statue barred letter and they are adamant they can still collect this debt?
No payments no acknowledgement so its statue barred since 11Th June just gone and they say they can still collect?
I asked them to confirm its statute barred but they said its not and we can still collect and take you to court.
Oh really?
So just waiting for them to get in touch but getting sick of waiting.
