Hi guys got a question on behalf of my partner. He was sequestrated July 2010 discharged after 1 year and was told to stop making contributions October 2013, we thought it was all done and dusted. During this time, kpmg made several claims on his ppi which presumably was used towards his contributions. Anyway they have now discovered a card they haven't made a claim on and want to do so and now say he won't be discharged until he signs off the questionnaire. Now we know he wouldn't get the ppi refund himself, but is this correct in what they are doing, we thought it was all over!
