Unfortunately though as you gave your authority to the lender to share data, and being the lender is the data controller - it is up to them if they do it or not, and cos you signed the waiver (by signing the app form) then the data will remain. Even if they say no agreement can be found, the data remains cos it is easy to prove that they (the lender) requested authority - they all do/have done so for many years.
The CRA's are simply a data processor - i.e. they process data supplied to them from the controller (i.e. the lender) so all queries must be agreed with the controller. Make sense?
basically, this is a non starter - forget it ;EEK ;EEKI'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
