    Details of Claim

    The claimant claims the sum of £16355.55 for debt + interest. On 01/01/1998 the defendant entered into an agreement with The Lloyds Banking Group for a credit card under reference ********. On 28/05/2012 the defendant defaulted on the agreement with an outstanding balance of £15819.15. On 24/11/15 the debt of £15639.15 was assigned to PRA Group (UK)Ltd. Notice of Assignment was sent to the defendant in accordance with s136 Law of Property Act 1925.
    AND THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS
    1.The sum of 15639.15
    2. Statutory interest pursuant to Section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at a rate of 8.00% per annum from 24/11/15 to 20/6/2016 £716.40, and thereafter at a daily rate of £3.43 until judgement or sooner payment

      You've previously defeated two other county court claims from other creditors, so let's see if we can make this a hat-trick

      I'm surprised to see Judge and Priestley solicitors instructed by PRA since they (PRA) have recently been issuing claims in-house.

        Hi guys thank for replies ill check emails after this been offline with internet probs and poorly baby for a few days so just trying to get this cpr request sorted to send immediately the particulars of the claim only mention an agreement and notice of assignment so is that all i ask for in the request?

          Can i just check all my dates are correct and so i have them all down to remind me

          Deemed Serve +5 days 26/6/2016
          Acknowledge claim by 10/7/2016 already done
          deadline for defence 24/7/2016
          if granted extention deadline would be 21/8/2016

            Yes those dates are correct. If an extension of time is agreed with Judge & Priestley have them confirm it in writing and send a copy of the letter/email to the court.

              hi everyone
              quick update i sent off a cpr31 request, an extension request and a cca on the 8th july
              sorry Niddy for not replying to the email but couldnt find one.
              I have spoke with plan b who is lovely and she helped me to talk to Jo. Jo has said she will take my case thank you all so much.
