So the majority of my debt £8k is Payday loans.

The following companies are ones that I owe -

Wonga
Payday UK
QuickQuid
myJAR (Previously Txt4Loan)
WageDayAdvance
MiniCredit
SpeedyCredit (Now in administration?)...

I had a credit card with Captial one which was defaulted in 2009 and after a little bit of correspondance between us they decided to leave me alone until today.

I recived a letter from capital one stating they have instructed Credit Solutions Ltd to collect repayment on their behalf and...

Over the last few months I have been getting emails to a non secure email address I.e anyone with access to my pc can read them. They are from Lucas credit services and are to do with a payday loan. The amount is about right . As far as I know they are jyst collecting so not like marlin.

I've had a very annoying run in with Natwest.

I currently have text alerts set up on my account it tell me if I go over my O/d or a certain amount on my accounts. I've done this to make sure bills are paid and I wont get any charges.

Now apparently the payday loan industry has cleaned up its act, and doesn't encourage people to borrow more than they can afford etc.
