An ongoing problem with a default on a Capital One card.
This card was taken out Oct 2006 and I defaulted on paymants June 2013.
Was being hassled by Cougar Financial so on advice from this site I sent a CCA request along with £1 payment(July2013).

Hi everyone, I had a Littlewoods card/loan which had PPI on it. It was paid off in 2003, can I still reclaim the PPI or is it too late? As it was so long ago would would be the best way forward?

1,lloyds tsb credit card started 27/07/2001 balance £13,500 defaulted 2011,on payment plan of £125 per month.
2,mint credit card, started 28/01/2004 balance £6,000 on payment plan of £50 per month.
3,capitol one credit card, started 01/05/2000 balance £1,800 defaulted 2011,on payment...

This sounds like nonsense given the massive increase after 30 April -- 50p for 2nd class, 60p for 1st class and 95p fee for recorded.

However! I've had my calculator out and if you stock up as many stamps as you can afford now (and plenty of 2nd class in particular), it'll be 5p cheaper...
