I received some very wise and valuable help on here in the middle of last year regarding an account with Co-op Visa with an alleged debt of £4934.
In short, the original CCA agreement from 1993 was improperly executed and is therefore totally unenforceable.

Hi, My partner has just received claim via CCBC from BW Legal saying the Claimant claims XXXX from defendant under a Current Accounts Agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
As far as my partner can remember she has never held any such account. What can she ask BW to provide....

My dad is really ill
He has Parkinson's and he has deteriorated so fast, i can't understand him when he speaks, he can hardly walk, he keeps falling and hurting himself. He is scared to leave the house as it's his comfort zone, he has no go in him and cannot even use his mobile phone or the house phone, he can't do anything...Last edited by Spent2much; 19 August 2016, 08:56.

would we get another mortgage with our really bad credit history?
Is it possible as this makes sense in our situation we have a huge 4 bed 2 bath house with 2 people living in it , we could sell this and buy a 2 bed house and it would be cheaper for us and the mortgage would be back on...

Woman driver dying from a stroke was arrested by traffic police who thought she was drunk
Me thinks the Police Force needs some common sense plus some training from the stroke association as the tell tell signs of a stroke are nothing like being drunk.
How long did it take them to call an ambulance I wonder....
