    Then my dyson cylinder hoover motor went, its only 2 years old, but luckily covered for 5 years, the engineer inspected it but the new motor will not be back until 9th May!

    Through a warm front just 4 years ago, as I have a disabled son, they installed updated smoke alarms up and downstairs.
    These are the ones that are supposed to be guaranteed for 10 years, and your unable to remove the batteries. (Battery unremoveable)!

    I've check my spend on U switch and it appears I could save £250 by moving from British Gas to Scottish Power. Does anybody know if they are any good????

    Also im in credit on my BG accounts do they refund the money on transfer or is it passed across to the new provider???
