Nationwide Charges
Hey guys,
I went through my Nationwide Statements for the last 24 months, found they had charged me over £235 for unpaid S/O's, D/D's and Unauth O/D fees.
I wrote to them claiming hardship throughout the period and asked all charges were refunded to me and no further charges...Last edited by mark.1980; 22 May 2013, 14:19. -

Complicated (perhaps) mixture of templates/options
Hi, I am being pursued for an amount which appears to date back to 2002 as the last point of contact.
It was passed from DCA1 to DCA 2, and in September 2010 I wrote to DCA 2 asking for a copy of the credit agreement using a template (consumer credit Act 1974 s77).
