Hi

I want to send a full S.A.R to all three CRA's has any one done this i have attempted to send SAR to call credit but was only sent short version.

How do I word the letter so they don't just send credit report.

Having started to help out a few peeps in my life with debts and most recently my SIL.
she had an old current account with RBS, defaulted July 2007 and recently wrote to them and got SAR'd details.
I am now looking at a letter where they say it was defaulted on 24 July...

Hope i have put this in the correct place, twice now we have had a phone message asking a completely unknown person to call Fredriksen International and quoting their reference number , i have saved the message but am concerned a; someone has given our number or b; someone is haveing their name bandied...

For refusing to pay by dd, they are always paid early and now sent me a letter saying they are going to cancel if dd details are not given.

I paid 2 months council tax in Aug for Aug and Sept as I lost my job. I rang them today and paid 200.00 as I couldn't pay Oct as I was out of work. They promptly advised that it has gone to court, for 20 th Dec. We never had a letter from them even though they insist they sent one and are clashing...

I know the regulations on default notices are pretty strict and that a notice must be absolutely fool proof and clear.
