Default?
I was on an AP with one company, regarding my overdraft.
They appear to have pulled it over the weekend, to £0 - so although I was within the monthly payments (been under the reducer each time so far), I can't access any of the money.

NatWest and Moorcroft - default successfully removed
So now we open-up yet another battle front with Nat West Bank (again, on behalf of a friend).
When the excrement hit the windmill back in 2006, Nat West defaulted three bank accounts. Only one was reported as defaulted on the credit files. Moorcroft were soon appointed as the DCA....Last edited by DoTheyMeanMe; 6 March 2013, 09:46.
