I work for the local authority and have a statement of terms and conditions of employment, they are the original ones i have had since starting the job back in 2007.
I have never agreed as far as i am aware to any changes...

Charging order for £3k, is this good or bad news?
To cut a long story short I had an Egg credit card and defaulted in 2011. The matter continued via numerous DCA's and eventually ended up with Bryan Carter who issued a final notice on 4th July 2011.
The matter was then assigned from Barclaycard to Arrow Global.
