    I'm gutted for them. Its when they come out with statements such as this you know its all BS:

    "Obtaining payment through other means, such as county court judgments, is often unsuitable due to the cumbersome nature of the process and the lower prospects of recovery."

    And of course petitioning to make someone BR, and its process is not 'cumbersome'?! As for "lower prospects of recovery" if someone doesn't have any money anyway what difference does BR make..............
    "I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve."

    The consumer is that sleeping giant.!!
