Our Landlord has debts, usually I tell the DCA's at the door that I'm not anything to do with the D*****'s and to contact the letting agency if they want more info.

HMRC to demand letting agents hand over rental income information
Starting this month, HMRC are writing to all letting agents and demanding that they hand over details of all landlords and their rental income information.
Agents have 60 days to respond with information, or face an intial £300 fine, and £60 per day until the information has been given....
