Tesco Credit Card
Either late 1990s or early 2000s, OH took out a Tesco Credit Card. For some unfathamable reason, we have been paying a token sum of £15 pm since 2003! I have sent various CCA requests all of which they have rejected because the letter is digitally signed. I have sent the template letters explaining... -

Just been checking through my old files and note that my old and still current account was a packaged account via Midland bank , now HSBC.
the account was an Orchard account and included overdraft and credit card , for a monthly fee.

Making an offer on a CCJ
I stupidly ended up with a CCJ for an AA Loan - I had court papers before I had found this place and I didn't dispute the debt (although I think now it probably wasn't enforceable reading other peoples cases on here.....)
I have agreed to pay it back at £10 a month - the outstanding... -

What are the thoughts on private schemes? Other than the ridiculous interest rates some charge - some joker in kent was charging £850pcm rent on a flat that would be owned after something like 70 years because there was a £444.44 monthly administration fee, 300 rent and only the rest going towards... -
Wife's Barclaycard account now with MKDP
We have received a copy of the application form and reconstructed T&Cs for my wife's Barclaycard account from 2004 which has been sold to MKDP from a CCA request. Part of the copy is unreadable. There doesn't appear to be any details as to APR or repayment etc unless it is in the unreadable section....
