At the time of writing this, I am in a Debt management plan and have paid every month. I discovered this great forum whilst searching online for further information about defaults registered on credit reference...

Afternoon all,

Scrappy Coco again requesting more help.

Sent a schedule of charges to Sainsburys for a refund and they basically told me to get stuffed.

Sent a LBA and they told me to get stuffed again.

So I want to take them to court, where do I start?...

Brief history

Two loans with sainsburys
Both Enforceable, although no cca requested ( 2009 onwards )
Status in arrears for two months.

Debt has been passed onto Albion collections.

Received letter today from albion saying they have been told to recover...

Hi I have been reading the unenforcable threads and have decided to go down this route as I'm going to be dead and still owing money to my creditors .usual story started off good then ending up with depression (not using this as an excuse) but when I spent I felt a little bit better ,I have nothing...

Just before Christmas we ordered a few treats for over Christmas - the main bulk of our shopping we did at Sainsburys on the 23rd December and nearly everything we got had sell by/Best before dates of around 30th/31st December. Perfect - meant wouldn't have to brave the supermarket before then....

I arrived at the hot meat counter (where they sell roast hams, chickens etc) in Sainsburys at the same time as another lady.

The assistant asked what I would like, but looking at the other lady, who was "heavily pregnant", I said "no please, you go first, you look knackered...

thinking of going bankrupt. over the last 18 months i ve ran up a lot of debt .i have lost job 2 job.s over the last 2 years my wife is not going bankrupt do i put her income ie ctc cb and bills on the soa or just mine .will she keep her own bank account that have note to do with me

ok we all want to save money but how many people on this forum by a fresh turkey rather than a frozen one? do you think you can tell the differance between the two.[i am talking about fresh turkeys from a major uk supermarket and not from a local farm or butcher]
