    Scrappy Coco again requesting more help.

    Sent a schedule of charges to Sainsburys for a refund and they basically told me to get stuffed.

    Sent a LBA and they told me to get stuffed again.

    So I want to take them to court, where do I start?...

    Status in arrears for two months.

    Debt has been passed onto Albion collections.

    Just before Christmas we ordered a few treats for over Christmas - the main bulk of our shopping we did at Sainsburys on the 23rd December and nearly everything we got had sell by/Best before dates of around 30th/31st December. Perfect - meant wouldn't have to brave the supermarket before then....
