    car breakdown cover

    Hi

    Anybody know the best place to get a good deal on car breakdown cover.

    My daughters insurance is coming up and she currently has it with her insurer, but we weren't happy with the service they gave when she needed a call out.

    You pay your money and hope for the best on any of them these days. cheap one is Green flag, I had a problem with Britannia only on the extras they tried to add. So I stop the A.A. every year now and not renew but start a fresh with them with discounts, RAC well the old RAC was the best but now commercialised.

      I've been with AutoAid UK Car breakdown recovery insurance the cheap way | AutoAid Breakdown for about 3 years now...only £38 per year.

      It's different to AA, RAC, Green Flag etc because they use local garages who you pay direct and then claim the money back from AutoAid. I've never needed to use them but when I first took out the cover I read a thread on MSe which was very positive about them.

        I just took a policy with these guys - full package exc euro shit for £28pa

        Yea it's cheap but thing is their fleet is treble that of the AA - they have a 5000 fleet and prioritise women/children/vulnerable.

        I got this one "Kwik Assist Recovery from as little as £28.85:"

          Make sure you get a quote with KwikFit...when I heard of the deal Niddy got I went to their website...my quote was almost £100...still cheaper than AA and RAC but not as cheap as AutoAid.
