How to get Santander / Creation Finance / USCaccount number

Hi folks

I have an USC store card that I started in 2003 and haven't used since 2006.

It is listed at an old address of mine and is still being updated according to Noddle.

I do not have the number for this account and as I no longer use it and it is at the incorrect address I'd like to close it.

Creation / Santander who run the account won't help me unless I give them the account number so you can see the circle is already diminishing in diameter...

I can see the last 4 digits of the account number on my credit report and asked Creation to search based on this but they had no record. Surely this isn't right?

Has anyone any idea how I get this sorted?

creation is nothing to do with santander mate. Santander took over GE Money accounts, Creation is totally separate.

USC was a creation card, not santander (or was it?)...
