  • Natwest Student Account

    Hi

Natwest say they give grads a year intrest free after they graduate yet Natwest demanded that I pay my student OD back right now in full. Problem is it was opened in sept 2007 so as I gather it is very unlikely the paperwork wouldnt be in order. They have threatened to add a default to my account also.

Would it be worthwhile trying to go down the UE route?

Bank accounts are exempt from cca1974 so sorry no can do. All overdrafts are repayable on demand as well, unfortunately.

You have to agree to a repayment term asap

Will do that this morning. Just a shock to hit a student with that, especially with the job market being how it is. crazy but I dont want no defaults now that im so close to my others dropping off.

      Thanks NID
