I remember seeing my friendsnickingborrowing pale ale bottles from the crates behind the pub and taking them to the shop for the money!!

I used to get bottles from the back of the corner shop and take them to Fine Fair, then take bottles from the back of Fine Fair and take them to the corner shop.
Both used to put the bottles out the back for collection. They never realised it was me collecting them
Hated the Banana Splits then, and having previewed the clip, can see why!

I remember all of them
It was definitely the bottles fluffy. You go 3d or something for each bottle returned.

Don't think I remember metal milk crates but I probably wasn't paying attention.
I do remember the rancid milk we were forced to drink at school. I can still smell it now, makes me urge!
