      Thanks to all for your kind welcome. I have been battling a 40k unsecured debt since divorce in 2009, been paying £1.00 token payments to 17 creditors, have now started to fight back against those who have sold the debt on. 4 at present UE, due to No CCA. Also was sent from Argoose somebody elses CCA with all there details on, complaint sent to DPC...

      Argoose had the cheek to say I was not entitled to see original even in copy form, all they sent was a blank application. I have been on other sites and find this site more friendly towards the UE route.... Most of mine are pre 2007, in fact a lot of them from the naughty nineties. It seems Niddy takes a great deal of time over UE, and I believe if those institutions have failed in there paperwork so be it.

        Hello and congratulations on finding our humble abode!

        Once you have found your way around, why not start a UE diary..... it not only helps you keep track of your progress, it allows for feedback to be given and also others to see what to expect on their own journeys.

        Good luck with your journey; I hope you find the site friendly, informative and useful. Who knows, you might even have a laugh

          Thank you Flower, yes you are right the only UE site left. I am a member of the other good site but Niddy is what I need at the moment mainly for my ex-other half, her creditors are sending some of the most ridiculous stuff out for the CCA request and saying That's it that's all your getting. ( got to keep in her good books we have for the last six months acted like adults instead of the idiots we were for 2.5 years. After 21 years with someone you still feel for them and they are the mother of your dear not so little ones now.

          My creditors due to the age of my cards are just coming back and saying we are still requesting blah de blah, yes we can't enforce and we have not said we will but come on you spent the money pay up..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
