    Brilliant news.

    Shitty "book" loans can go bust for me.
    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.       ROFL don't I just love that naughty boys they are indeed, sadly that is a reflection of the whole payday loan sector and the OFT would do well in a full investigation of the whole sector.

        About time some of these shysters got the smelly end of the stick.

        After a week of feeling depressed about the way the small guy gets treated, finally a victory of sorts.

        Like Niddy says I hope they go bust.

        I have never had dealings with these sort of folks but I do have sympathy for those taken in by them.
