Hi all,
Received this notice and appealed to VCS, which was obviously rejected. Is it worth appealing to IAS? According to various things that i have read, it's a complete waste of time.
I was returning a hire car to Hertz and my wife was following to get me back home. She...

A few weeks ago my car was the lucky recipient of a PCN from LPS/Local Parking Security Ltd whilst parked next to a friend in an (unbeknown to me) private car park. For some bizarre reason he didn't receive a PCN although he didn't have a pay & display ticket either.

Help Needed. MBNA redress calculations Do you have two spare stamps
I would like to thank Niddy for allowing me to post this.

Fees
Just a question really;
What documentation do I need to read where it states the amount in fees that companies can charge us for late/missed payments, I assume it will be different for Banks - or is it?
So I and others can use it as ammunition when disputing the £12 (£25 Banks) charge...

O2 customers / alleged copyright infringement claims, round 3
(a copy of something I posted OTR)
My interest in this started with an online news story - link - about details of O2 customers being meekly handed over to an outfit called Goldeneye (International) Limited. Those customers were alleged to have infringed various copyrights to pornographic...Last edited by CleverClogs (RIP); 24 July 2012, 21:32.
