    CAB can complain and ask the OFT to suspend the licenses....

    Anyone want to bet on the likelihood of the OFT actually doing so?

        I think its unlikely, but theres political things afoot here so there may even be some pressure that may result in a scapegoat being made as a broadside to the rest of the 'industry'. I live in hope............
