    And then they need something particularly nasty doing to them.

    Is there any modern day equivilent to hanging drawing and quartering?

    Or is that the day release from a Cat C open prison and they get to be paid for work they do and keep all the ill gotton gains they stiffed off millions of working people by manipulating something so important.

    I wonder. Of course it will be the second one.
