Good grief - no %$@&!

Its only taken almost 12 months for them to discover this. At least the warning shot has gone across the bows of the whole industry, but I doubt that anything is going to be done in the short term. Certainly nothing to reduce the PDL misery which will come over Christmas.

"I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve."

The consumer is that sleeping giant.!!
